A: You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. In most cases, your order will be shipped through USPS. For larger shipments, UPS may be used. Track your orders at USPS or UPS.

A: Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive. View your tracking information by clicking the links above and input the tracking number you received.

Q: What if I don't know my order number or tracking number?

A: Please visit our contact page and fill out as much information as you can and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours. Please note we only respond on weekdays. We may respond to Saturday-Sunday inquiries if we are available.
