Refund Policy

For Pokemon Lots

For Pokemon Lots we offer a 14-day refund policy. You will have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible to request a return for your Pokemon lots, they must be in the same condition as received. We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse, this includes but not limited to not liking the variety of cards you received.  All orders will be inspected upon return and may be subjected to restocking fees.

To start a return please contact us on our contact page here to start your return. Return requests may take up to 3 business days to be responded to. If your return request is accepted you will be provided a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your items to the email you provided. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Please DO NOT return items without sending in a request, if we receive a return order without a request you will not receive a refund.

For Sealed Items

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SEALED TRADING CARD GAME BOOSTER BOXES.

For sealed items we offer a 21-day refund policy. You will have 21 days after the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible to request a return for your sealed items, they must be in the same condition as received. This means they must still be sealed and not tampered with. Please package all item(s) adequately.  We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse, this includes but not limited to not receiving a sealed item in perfect condition. All orders will be inspected upon return and may be subjected to restocking fees.

Issues with items

For issues with items upon delivery please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if the item is missing, defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we may correct the issue. If you contact us after 3 business days we will ask that you please initiate a return or exchange request.

Exchanges

For Pokemon Lots:

Sorry we do not offer exchanges for Pokemon lots. You may return your item with our refund policy and repurchase another Pokemon lot.

For Sealed Items:

We will exchange sealed items as long as we have the item in stock requested. We DO NOT exchange items due to imperfect seals or tears on the shrink wrap or cardboard. Please contact us about a return and request an exchange. If an item is no longer available we will process your exchange request as a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your items you will be notified if your request has been approved or not. In some cases we may require additional time or information, we will let you know if we do. For approved requests, they will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. In most cases it will take up to 7 business days but depending on your payment method it may take up to 30 business days. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fees are 10% of the total order.

 

Preorders

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on preorders. When you preorder you agree to the terms that we/us (UptownHobbies) will fulfill your item to the consumer (you/buyer) on the price that was paid at the time of purchase. In the event we are UNABLE fulfill your items within 2 weeks of the release date we will refund/cancel your order at your request.
